Reconnect with your primal health through real nutrition, natural movement, and intentional living. Revitalize your life force energy, strengthen your body, and create a life filled with adventure, creativity, freedom, and actual human connection.

We’re living in a strange time. Our food comes wrapped in plastic, our homes are filled with artificial everything, and we’ve somehow reached a point where a smartwatch has to remind us to stand up and breathe.
Quite an accomplishment for the most intelligent species on Earth.
I’m Christian. Through holistic health coaching, creative mentorship, and experiences rooted in nature, I help people take greater responsibility for their health, energy, and the lives they’re creating.
It begins with the basics. What you eat, how you move, how you sleep, the environment you live in, and the people you surround yourself with. All these things influence your vitality far more than another trendy morning routine or cabinet full of supplements.
I’m interested in living well in this modern world without becoming completely domesticated by it. Using technology without letting it consume our attention. Building meaningful work while still having time to enjoy the damn planet.
And occasionally taking off our foot prisons.

Client stories
People come to me with different routines, different goals and a considerable collection of things they’ve already tried (and failed).
Here’s what a few of them have experienced.

How I see it
To me, true wellness means having the health, energy, and freedom to actually enjoy being alive.
Eating nourishing food, feeling strong in your body, thinking clearly, sleeping deeply, and having enough life force left over to explore, create, connect, and play.
Somehow, we’ve normalized living under artificial lights, staring at screens for ten hours, eating industrial sludge from plastic containers, and then wondering why we feel disconnected from ourselves.
Fortunately, there’s probably a pharmaceutical commercial between your favorite shows with a solution.
Our bodies are constantly responding to how we live. Our food, movement, sleep, stress, relationships, environment, and connection to the natural world all play a role.
My approach is rooted in ancestral health and the fundamentals of being human. Real food, strength, sunlight, fresh air, meaningful relationships, and regular time outside.
There’s also room for curiosity, spirituality, faith, God, and the things we can’t always reduce to a scientific graph.
Start with what’s right in front of you. Prepare a nourishing meal. Move your body. Spend time barefoot on the earth. Get together with people you love. Remember what it’s like to experience a whole afternoon without checking your phone.
We’re living in a highly engineered world, but our biology is still remarkably primal.
Vital Camp
If you’re a coach or creator, chances are you started because you had something meaningful to share. Maybe you’ve had experiences that changed your life, learned something valuable, or developed a skill that could genuinely help someone else.
Then you discovered that running an online business somehow involves spending three hours moving text around in Canva.
Vital Camp is my community for coaches and creators who want to develop their voice, share their knowledge, create valuable content, and build businesses around what they love.
We explore storytelling, organic content, creative expression, offers, and the practical side of turning your ideas into something people want to be part of.
I’ve spent years growing my own platforms, coaching hundreds of people, and experimenting with what actually works. Vital Camp is where I share those experiences and help you develop the skills, confidence, and creative momentum to build something of your own.
Your creativity is one of your greatest assets. Might as well put it to good use.

Thoughts, research, personal experiments, and occasional discoveries from my adventures in nutrition, ancestral health, natural living, and questioning things we’ve been told are normal.
Some rabbit holes lead to incredible discoveries. Others lead to realizing you’ve spent an entire afternoon researching the mineral composition of your drinking water.
Both have happened.

About
I grew up in St. Louis and eventually studied Nutrition Science and Kinesiology at the University of Arkansas, where I graduated on the Dean’s List.
A respectable Rockefeller-style education for someone who now spends a suspicious amount of time barefoot in the Guatemalan jungle.
My interest in health started long before I received a degree. Years of experimenting with nutrition, fitness, supplements, and holistic practices eventually taught me that health is far more connected to how we live than I’d originally understood.
I experienced my own struggles with digestion, anxiety, and feeling disconnected from my body. I spent years researching different approaches, experimenting with my habits, and learning how much our environment influences the way we feel.
For a while, I figured the missing ingredient might be another supplement.
My cabinet was beginning to resemble a small pharmacy. Very holistic, of course.
Eventually, I started paying closer attention to the fundamentals. My food, sleep, relationships, stress, time outdoors, and whether the life I was building was actually one I enjoyed living.
Today, I live at Maestro Valley (opens in a new tab), an off-grid wellness sanctuary near Lake Atitlán, Guatemala. I coach, create content, train outdoors, play music, and help host Bioculture retreats (opens in a new tab) that bring people together through nature, nourishment, movement, creativity, and play.
There’s plenty of dancing, working with the land, meaningful conversations, and the occasional afternoon where clothing becomes completely unnecessary.
After years of studying health and working with hundreds of clients, I’ve become increasingly interested in something quite simple: developing the vitality and capability to experience life fully.
Being strong enough to climb mountains, creative enough to build something meaningful, adventurous enough to explore unfamiliar places, and present enough to enjoy the people around you.
That’s the kind of life I’m interested in living and helping others create.
Kind words
“I can vividly see how investing in my health and wellness with Christian's help has carried over into so many other areas of my life in such a short time!”
“His compassion is his trademark--I’ve never met a coach so passionate about someone else’s mental, emotional, and physical well-being, and how to level them all up.”

Primal nutrition, natural living, strength training, life in Guatemala, philosophical rabbit holes, and my ongoing fascination with how we’ve made modern life so convenient that we barely have to move our bodies anymore.
Expect plenty of unmasked science, nature, humor, and truly tangible health support.
